New York car accident claims 1 life, injures 2
A car accident that causes injury can be a startling event that resulting in both physical discomfort and emotional distress. Two people were recently injured in a car crash in New York and are now in such a situation. The two-vehicle accident happened when a 32-year-old woman was driving on the Sharon Turnpike. She suddenly went over the center line.
At that point, she struck a vehicle. The 32-year-old woman suffered injuries and was transported to a hospital, where she died. The woman who was driving the vehicle that was hit, along with her passenger, suffered injuries in the crash, authorities said.
Crossing into another lane and driving into oncoming traffic could be considered driver negligence. Even though the driver who allegedly caused the car accident died in the collision, the victims can still sue the deceased driver’s estate, as well as all separate owners of the vehicle involved in the car accident.
